How long will my Project take?
Timelines vary based on the scope of the project. Logo design and branding can take a few weeks, while full website development or video production may take longer. We work closely with clients to establish realistic deadlines and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Can I change my appointment date?
Have a scheduling conflict? Get in touch 48 hours before your appointment, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs!
How do I pay?
When you book a service with BuzzBrand, you will receive an invoice from our email with payment instructions.
How does the billing process work?
We ask for a 50% initial payment up front. Final payment of the remaining 50% is required 24 hours after the deliverables are presented to you for us to send you the files, and remove the watermark.
